「I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. 」
