"I found this hidden gem and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect mix of being in the country side but very convenient to Porto Cesareo. The staff were exceptional. I was worried about my inability to speak Italian but it was not a problem at all. The pool was beautiful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC was super. Breakfast was very regional and kid friendly. Dinner was always exquisite. Highly recommended!"

"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. "Not what I was expected. I know we came during off season but in May. The winery seem to be well known in the area but it wasn't open. They don't really have staff in attendance, but you can always reach them by email or phone if you have local cell phone. They use an app to access the gate into the venue unfortunately that our connection wasn't always the greatest and we needed to ask our friend to open the gate for us. We only saw one or two other guests in the hotel so it is really too quiet without staff around. "

"The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!"

"We had a great experience in this boutique hotel in the center of Lecce. Loved the spacious room with comfy bed. Everything smelled good with the Bulgari fragrances. Would definitely come back. There is only one minor suggestion I would give related to better handling of credit cards without leaving a paper trail. Other than that it was perfect and also great value for money. "
