「The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." 「I stayed here for one night while driving from Texas to California. Overall, I’d rate it as OK (3 out of 5 stars). The biggest positive was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. 「The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed...
