「Upon arrival I was greeted by young man at the front desk. He educated me on using the hotel shuttle and gave me the business card on who I would need to contact. The room was nice & clean. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Not too much to choose from but overall my stay was nice. Also, I was within 10-12 mins from all the places I was visiting」

「I enjoyed my stay; however, when I first arrived the lady at the desk wasn’t very welcoming. I was turned away due to the room not being available until 3pm. Some type of accommodation for that would have been nice. Upon my return, I spoke with a very sweet young lady and the manager. They saved the experience with their great customer service. 「Mint House is perfect whether you're going downtown via Lyft or driving to the outskirts. You can hear the train as it goes by but the hallways and property are quiet. The pool is heated but shallow. Overall a wonderful stay. 」

「The room was clean enough and the price was great for Nashville. The neighborhood was fine -- a Kroger was within walking distance. The back of the bathroom door was splattered with mud, the coffee pot didn't work well, and I had to park in a mix of mud and gravel. Still, I would stay there again to save money since it was very convenient to the Capital area, where I had business. 」
