"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Rooms were small and it was difficult for us with 2 kids but manageable.
