"When we went in to our room, the Chocolate Orange, we noticed it was colder than the hallway. Nicky, the receptionist, showed us around the room, as told us to turn up the radiators. But that didn't work. So after 15mins, I went to the reception and asked if there were any other rooms available. Nicky showed us 2, and we decided on the Matchmaker. This room was excellent, very warm and spacious. colder than the hallway. "
