"Room was clean and new but front desk staff appeared to be over extended…. There was as never anyone at the desk throughout our 4 night stay. They were being pulled to other tasks which seems inappropriate especially during high traffic times. We had to ask for clean towels everyday and never had housekeeping. Would stay again as it was safe and clean but needs some work on improvement my staffing"

"Everything about this hotel is perfect and it’s why it’s the only place I will stay for the Tupelo Elvis Festival. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works to your specs, the shower is great, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly. That last part might be best of all - everyone from the desk clerk to the housekeepers to the breakfast servers are very, very cordial and make you feel welcome. Please keep it up, you are appreciated!"
