"We had a very lovely 1 nt stay while receiving local VA services. We were early arriving, so 1st went to the Player’s Club desk w/ our Veteran IDs, where we were automatically upgraded to “Legend” status. We had lunch at the HR cafe & couldn’t have had friendlier service & b/c it was “Military Monday”, our lunch was 25% off! Hubby liked the mahi sandwich (we split) more than I did, but the fries were spot on."

"First time at an Echo Suites. Staff super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds uncomfortable and loud. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything around you. "

"The rooms need a deep cleaning. Walls have residue from prior stays. Floors haven't been swept properly. There are hairs in the bed from other patrons...ewww. No body wash in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner. The bedding may not have been changed due to there being two different times that I encountered someone else's hair in the bedding. Fridge has sticky residue on it. There were sticky areas in the carpet. Ice machine dispenses ice with black specks on it. The room has an uninviting aroma. Needs a room freshener or mild deodorizer. Carpet outside of the room was snagged or has crumbs outside of the room door."
