"The lobby staff was great and very polite. While they originally gave us a room near their “condemned area” that was taped off with caution tape. When I went back and said that I was not comfortable in an area under construction in that manner, she was very quickly able to give me another room in a different area of the property."

"Had to change rooms because ac unit was destroyed. New room had the old unit in it that never got cool enough. We were moved to the 4th floor and the ceiling had water damage all over it. The tv was very outdated. We left before breakfast was even served. I couldn’t imagine… we have always stayed at holiday inn express as a safe, always clean, resort when not knowing. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with HOLIDAY INN. Stay someplace on state of Franklin near kickback jacks and Aubrey’s if you ever visit this area. It’s a nicer place and just as expensive if not cheaper than this holiday inn."

"First time at an Echo Suites. Staff super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Beds uncomfortable and loud. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything around you. "

"I was disappointed with our room during our recent stay. The room felt extremely dated. No usb chargers for electronics, which should be any hotel standard in 2026. We also were give a handicapped accessible room, which was not requested. The shower was aweful. The mattress was worn out as were the pillows. I would have asked for another room had we not arrived so late. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night and it was clean. I would never stay at this location again. "
