「Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. 「Location right next to the Grotto... a little farther from the Gare De Lourdes station, maybe at least a 25 minute walk uphill. We had a good dinner and staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice clean hotel.... Luggage can be stored after check out.」

「This is my 3rd booking time in this hotel. I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there」

「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」
