They even told us that during summer he is not allowed in the garden areas (?). Also, it costed us CHF 50,00 per night for the dog. The staff is ULTRA friendly and polite. The common areas are fancy, clean and smell great, But we feel the gym, sauna and pool could have some improvements as the areas seem quote old...

But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"
