"Rooms are nice, staff are super friendly. Just that there is no walking trail or a store around within walkable distance, especially options for dinning. The hotel has no shuttle or any other easier options to go grab a quick meal from outside."

"We did not have a working shower both days. Told the front desk and all we heard was "sorry". No effort to move our room or get maintenance involved. Total lack of caring. We were to checkout on Thursday but left a day early. I believe we should not have to pay for the last night. Also, there was no hot water. Will not go back to that lousy hotel. I'll tell my friends to book another hotel instead of ur hotel. Really? No shower or hot water."
