「The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as you hope, it was as if it was cleaned a while ago and not used, it could have used a freshen up before we arrived 」

So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply.
