「Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.」

「Lovely cottage but not where Expedia show it in the town centre. Longden common is nice and the red lion pub just down the road is a good place to eat. Stairs a very steep so something to be aware of not mentioned in details about the rental. 」

「Great stay, cottage was in a lovely quiet location close to the canal and aqueduct. Cottage was clean and welcoming. Loved the dragons on the bed! Kept up to date by owners, who were very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.」
