fabulous position!
VERY central hotel…. clean and comfortable with all facilities you would expect. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Position was excellent…6 minute walk from the train station, just behind the main square, round the corner from the tourist information office, and bang in the middle of the old town…Perfect!!

The AC in our room was not working when we arrived so the first night was warm and noisy (with window open). They gave us a fan. It was fixed the next day.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Bozen. Kleine Ausstattung aber herzlich und mit Detail dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstückskonzept, Auswahl mehrerer Optionen je nach dem, ob man Zeit hat oder eher kurz angebunden ist.

The family was so kind to us. We would stay longer just to hang out with them. Had such a great time and loved how easy it was to walk around the center of town.

Wonderful hotel in Bolzano
We stayed here for several nights at Christmas. Great location - just a few steps to the Christmas markets, cathedral, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff - they speak Italian, German and English. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again some day. Bolzano is a charming town, especially at Christmas.

Romantic town
Helga was superb, knew everyone staying there after one meeting. The room was great, we were overlooking the front patio restaurant and the shopping square. Great choices for breakfast right in the hotel. Easy walk from train station. Overall fantastic staff. Would 100% stay again

Great location for exploring Bolzano
Great location, friendly staff, and a nice patio where you can start your day with a cappuccino and end it with a drink. My only suggestion would be to add coffee makers or at least kettles to the rooms.

Morgenmaden var meget ukonventionel. Skulle vælge mellem italiensk, continental og sund. Til forskellige priser. Foreslår at man øger prisen på hotellet med f.eks € 15 og så serverer fuld buffet.

This property is so much more than a hotel. The front desk staff make you feel as though you are a valuable guest in their home, and they can’t do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. We Felt perfectly special staying in this little gem.

Lovely time in Bolzano!
The staff was absolutely helpful to us with everything. Very kind. Help with parking, chilling wine, directions- just wonderful! So close to the main square. Highly recommended.

Hotel Figl in old town Bozen
This hotel is located very conveniently in the old town. Perfect for strolling through the streets with great restaurants abounding steps away. 5 minutes from the train station too!!

Hotel grazioso e confortevole in pieno centro.
Albergo in pieno centro, a pochi passi da Piazza Walther, pulito, confortevole ed accogliente. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, con bagno con doccia e bidet, piccola TV, WIFI (non l'ho usato), scrivania ed armadio. Molto riscaldata. Per chi lo desidera, opzione colazione, che a me è piaciuta. Personale gentile ed attento alle norme anti-COVID.

La struttura è nelle immediate vicinanze della piazza centrale in cui si svolge il mercatino di Natale. Avevo prenotato la junior suite con larghissimo anticipo (luglio per il soggiorno a dicembre), ma all'arrivo mi è stato assegnato un appartamento in un edificio attiguo, L'appartamento è stato ritenuto un upgrade,non richiesto e non gradito. Se durante la prenotazione avessi visto l'appartamento disponibile non avrei prenotato, visto che per quel prezzo volevo esattamente la Junior Suite che ho effettivamente prenotato, A nulla sono valse le mie rimostranze. Non tornerò.

ighly recommend
Wonderful, friendly couple who own and run the hotel.. Could not ask for better service. Breakfast was very good, room recently re done so fresh new appearance and a very comfortable bed. Great location right off main square but quiet. Next to major shopping area and only 8 minute walk to train station.
