"Our room was so nice that I thought we got taken to the wrong one, but it was the one I had paid for: a two-floor duplex better than some apartments I've lived in. "Our stay at the Parkhotel Laurin exceeded our expectations. We ended up with a suite and the room was fantastic. The property is amazing with the garden, pool, sauna, restaurants and bar. The breakfast buffet had so many options. The hotel has an old style but has been modernized (e.g., having an elevator that moves very quickly). The front desk staff were attentive, pleasant, and helped us work through a glitch quickly. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I wish we could have stayed longer."

"We were given an accessible room and it was true adapted to meet many needs. Room 12 had a roll in shower, many grab bars, low light switches and everything important could be reached from a sitting position. It was on the second floor with an elevator 10 feet away. We didn’t need any modifications for ourselves but wanted people who might a description of the room."
