"The room was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. I arrived after midnight check in time due to my train being delayed. The overnight staff were so kind and let me in, and helped me to check in to my room. I really appreciate it."

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "
