「The staff is friendly and nice, thumbs up! Shuttle service from Hotel to airport instructions are clear. Rooms are clean and nice. Only we had some power failure and the A/C wasn't working the correct way. Location was convenient to access highway for business meeting.」

「I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and...

「Home from home, a hotel that's not too small that it doesn't have all the facilities and not too big that it's busy, noisy and impersonal. Excellent and I mean excellent dining. Great to relax by the pool and have drinks delivered to you. Great free shuttle to and from Nelson Mandela Square and surrounding shopping malls. Very spacious room/apartment and nice and quiet.
