「The hotel was a place to stay and an experience. The staff was friendly. I did not plan my stay there because I was on anniversary but rather was in Boise area for work. I had my other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) cancel me at the last minute and needed place to stay before my flight the next morning. Nice they bring you breakfast to your room. The shower and TV worked great. The space is a theme hotel so I got the Red Canyon and is has a camping kind of vibe. It does need some attention in cleaning...

「When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. At no point did anyone offer a different room while we all stood in the hallway with bags. I asked about a different room and no one really responded. Then, the TV wasn’t working (not a big deal, just added to things) and...
