When I arrived and went to my room it was 77 degrees in the room, with the temperature set at 63. Clearly the air conditioning was not working properly. I went downstairs to talk with staff, and they seemed aware that it did not work properly and saying the corner room always gets too hot. 「Very cool update to an older hotel. Room was comfortable and nicely designed. Included breakfast was a very nice touch. We had to go to the front desk every night to get more coffee for the in room coffee maker for the next morning. Consider just replacing the coffee packs each day if they have been used.」

「Room smelt musty or old cigarette odor. Dry mirror above sink was like looking into a mirror full of steam. Roll of toilet paper was almost done and no spare. Remote control only turned tv off and on and adjusted volume. Couldn’t search or change channels. Shower head brutal. Ice machine worked.」
