SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle
Room felt poorly maintained. Shower and tub were in poor shape. The elevators felt unsafe and were shaky. Got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and luckily the door opened again after a while so I was able to take stairs. Front desk didn’t seem all the concerned or in a hurry to fix.

Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square
We appreciated the clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. However, there were high school sport teams also staying at the hotel which made for unrestful sleep night. Lots of banging on doors and slamming of doors made it tough to get a good sleep.
