"It’s really nice place to stay, the host upgrades our room into a loft unit, 3 king beds with 5pc bathroom upstairs and 2pc downstairs. And they supply all the amenities. Throughout my stay, she consistently assisted me with recommendations, directions, and many thoughtful details that greatly enhanced my experience in Beijing. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality truly made a difference. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Yue Long from the concierge team. He was always extremely patient in assisting me with my delivery orders, whether from Taobao or Meituan. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help brightened my days and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers an elegant, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant to stay in. The location is also excellent for exploring Beijing.
