「O local é lindo e muito confortável, tem uma vista privilegiada do Lago Maggiore. O atendimento muito cortez e gentil. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama boa , box com tamanho bom. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso e tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito saboroso, com o café e suco feitos ns hora.」

「The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. 「Incredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at €22 a head for what was on offer. 」
