「We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「Had a horrible 2 nights stay here. They do accept pets and the people in the room above us left their dog locked inside the room as they went out for the night. This dog barked all night long AFTER complaining to yhe front desk. They said they were well aware as wr werent the only ones that complained. The next night sounded like we were living under a bowling alley.. noise all night long. The food at the bar was gross, wings were breaded and drenched in red hot sauce and soggy.. breakfast...
