「Only stayed one night for a work trip, and a couple more people who worked with me rented rooms there. The front desk employee was friendly and professional, room was specious and clean. Just what we needed for our quick stay. A lot of businesses near by and access to the highway in a convenient location.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「The breakfast options were good. Kim kept the tables clean (no searching for a clean table) and promptly refilled breakfast items. She kept the door to her kitchen open so it was easy to ask questions.」

「There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors.」

「The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.」
