「Excellent location. Impressive foyer. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and worked hard. Staff on reception also polite and helpful. One suggestion would be to include easy to access plug sockets for charging of phones etc. Thank you so much.」

「Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but...

Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」
