「Erin, at the front desk, knew that we stay there 4 times per year, every year- and found ways to recognize our loyalty. The room she chose for us was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she do special things for us but she also was demonstrating methods for enabling the Inn's owners to ensure future business. Every Holiday Inn needs at least one Erin!」

「Maybe you are disappointed about the hotel when you first see it. But when you go inside the room, you will be amazed.」

「The room that we had had a front and a back door if you went out to the back porch you had a great view of the creek which was very relaxing」

「The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. 」

「The check in lady was very accommodating and helpful even though she was on her own which was unfortunate. The room was lovely and we enjoyed our meal at Trex Bar, very good food and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. 」

「We had an issue with our room and Kim was able to quickly address the issue and offer us complimentary food and drinks for our troubles. The hotel itself is in a great location and was close to everything. We were there to take “The Office Self Guided Tour” and the location of the hotel is perfect for all of the sites. 」
