The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"

"Service...wow food...wow amenities... wow, first time this was the best hotel, others were good and okay and some others were absolutely trash, once I slept in the car for one hotel, but Embassy suites blew me away I was a little nervous about the bears but nothing to do with the hotel. 4 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg and pools are heated, lazy river was cold in winter, so not to heated,but pools and hot tub feel great for a winter night, breakfast is early for me but no biggie. This is hands dow the best hotel in history. So great, never staying anywhere else after the experience."
