「Staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the history of the resort. My stay was very relaxing. I also enjoyed the zip-line tour. I recommend trying one of the salamander adventure activities.」

The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. Enjoyed sitting at the bar with a nice glass of wine and chatting with the knowledgeable, nice, young bartender. Staff is friendly and helpful all leading the visitor to a special experience.」

「When I arrived a barefoot man shuffled out to check me in . Did not offer a key. Gave me a room right near the door. Was very creepy. I did not stay」

No maid service in four days but I did the cleaning. Breakfast not well stocked and a problem due to no employees.」
