「We had lounge access with our booking however the hotel was very busy with a number of events. The manager in recognition upgraded our room and provided in room service. The following day the deputy manager helped me and my wife with a harbour cruise and provided a complimentary evening meal. The hotel made our stay so special and I thank the hotel manager and deputy manager for spending the time with us and helping to make our stay a great one. 」

「We really had a great stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were visiting family and the location was very convenient & easy to get to everywhere we needed to. The B&B is clean & tidy, the rooms serviced every day, clean linen & towels and plenty of space in our room. It provided us with a home away from home, and for some peace & quiet. With a small fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea & coffee, plus access to the kitchen with microwave & other facilities, it allows...

「At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by」
