「Everything was up to par」

「I picked those hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised 24/7 shuttle. Early morning shuttle drop went great. When I returned on a Sunday around 10:45 am the hotel was unable to send someone then for a pickup. First I was told allow 30 minutes. That passed and then I called and was given the run around that shuttle go was out at another location. If that is an airport shuttle, it should be staffed and available for flight returns. 40 minutes passed as I sat with my kids...

「The staff was super great. Very kind with ordering from local places. The room was very clean and as pictured. The pool was clean and relaxing, however the temperature was very cold. Breakfast was not as pictured, but still good.」

「Awesome stay」

「Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it.」

「Would not have booked here, had I known the property was under renovation. Holes in the wall in the room, tv would not work.」
