「We checked in at the Desoto hotel and were escorted to the B & B by hotel staff. 「Enjoyed our week here as our first time in Hilton Head. The beach was great, staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the resort. Any issue we had was immediately handled and we would absolutely return for a shortened stay. With a family of five, we much needed a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. 「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
