「The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet and choice of coffee drinks was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They made our stay extra pleasant-highly recommend this hotel!」

「Very nice boutique restaurant located close to everything. The room was big and spacious, with a tall nice window, very French style. The tv was strangely placed on a corner, not very practical. The staff was really nice.」

「Overall a good stay for our 2 nights in Tiranë. Good location for food, drinks and sight seeing. Note stairs to get to the apartment and no lift. Place was a little smaller than the photos showed and hot water didn’t last a long time, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay.」

「Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Disappointing problem and service」

「The hotel room is located in a residential building near to the hotel. It could be quite inconvenient and insecure. The room does not provide fridge, kettle nor bottled water despite what the descriptions stated.」
