「Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good. The only issues were: my room on the second floor barely had any internet access, and the hotel is accessible via the bar with plenty of people around. If you have big luggages, there are stairs you have to take.」

「We stay at Rogner every year for a few days as a stopover in Tirana. It is a great hotel! The staff are so kind and professional. The pool area is always clean. I love the pool bar where we can order food or drinks. The breakfast buffet is great. The grounds are so lovely and green and peaceful .. like an oasis in the city centre」

「The hotel room is located in a residential building near to the hotel. It could be quite inconvenient and insecure. The room does not provide fridge, kettle nor bottled water despite what the descriptions stated.」
