「The wifi did not work for longer than ten seconds unless I left the network and hopped back on it again. For someone who works remotely, this was awful. I barely got any work done. You can't turn on the jets in the hot tub without tapping on the glass and motioning for the employees to turn it on for you. 「Very nice boutique restaurant located close to everything. The room was big and spacious, with a tall nice window, very French style. The tv was strangely placed on a corner, not very practical. The staff was really nice.」

「Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. 「Overall a good stay for our 2 nights in Tiranë. Good location for food, drinks and sight seeing. Note stairs to get to the apartment and no lift. Place was a little smaller than the photos showed and hot water didn’t last a long time, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay.」
