Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. Convenient location for Tirana city centre

The location is very convenient for the city centre and lots of eating options, but finding parking nearby is problematic. The rooms were fine, if a little shabby, and there was the (typical Albanian?) smell from the plumbing. Breakfast was not very fresh, but excellent coffee!

Our flight arrived 9 hours later than expected, so we didnt arrive until 12am. I contacted the hotel and they were very accomodating, gave us instructions for a late check in and sent a cab to pick us up from the airport. I was expecting 1 family room but recieved 2 side by side rooms. Our kids are old enough so didnt bother us, but i was surprised that it was 2 rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and lunch in the pizza restaurant was delicious. All staff was very friendly. Only big negative was the noise from down the street. I didnt sleep very well. Good if your looking for a party scene.

Very run down, worst of all very loud music till early hours of the morning, Friday night went on to about 4am. Saturday about 3am, Sunday about 3am. Never again, absolutely exhausted. It is central but you just can’t get a good sleep

Fantastic hotel - it’s recommended

Great comfortable and clean hotel in a central location. Brilliant breakfast, with a huge selection, though they could do with a slightly bigger dining room to accommodate the volume of guests at breakfast at busier times (there’s sometimes a long queue). Lounge area in reception is also a great space to relax. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good central hotel.

Great little hotel with a great location. It's 10 minutes walk from the main square but also 10 minutes walk the opposite direction to the football stadium and grand park. There are lots of food options around the hotel. The room was ideal for us as we were using it as a base to just go back and sleep. I found the bed very comfortable too which is something you need when you've been out all day doing lots of walking! Staff were helpful and friendly and because it is a small hotel, they knew guests individually which was good.

Location of the hotel is very good because it is in the center of the city but it is also next to some bars that had live music until 1 am which is not that great if you want to go to sleep earlier. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was also very good and the guy in the hotel restaurant was very helpful. The one thing that is not good is the bathroom door which is made of glass. That makes no sense unless you are alone or with your wife. Also my room had no street view so I couldn’t really open my window. Great staff, cleanliness and breakfast is what gives this hotel 4 stars in my opinion.

The staff at the hotel were accommodating, but my family and I had several issues with our room. Here are the issues we encountered: There was only one family suite available, and the air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms. As a result, we had to split our family between two rooms for one night. They gave us a different room, but it was still inconvenient. We found major mold in one of the restrooms, which appeared to be black mold that can release toxic spores into the air. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they would clean it. However, they only wiped the wall, and the issue was not resolved. Each time people would smoke in the basement’s restaurant, all second-hand smoke was blowing into our room. Additionally, extremely loud live music did not stop until midnight on Friday. There was a lot of trash around the property outside our room window. There was no parking available, and there was a tall flight of stairs to the entrance, which made it difficult to carry our luggage. We hope that the hotel can address these issues to improve the experience of future guests. Also Orbitz should scan the quality of hotels they market especially for the ones that could potentially have health risks that can cause lifelong issues.
