「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」

「Friendly, but when we arrived at night no personell was on-site! and we had been given a room that turned out to not have enough beds. Surely they will improve...」

「Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything.」

「The Villa no 8 is not part of Klub Bunga management so we can't access the facilities of Klub Bunga without paying extra. The place is quite old and cleanliness is not very good. The house has a lot of insects and the flooring is slippery and a bit oily. However, the recep people is quite responsive even though they did not clean the place very well.」

「ホテルは清潔に保たれています。 スカイラウンジも24時間対応で食事できます。とても便利で味付けも日本とほぼ変わらなく大変美味しいです。 値段もとても安くて安心して過ごすことが出来ます。 難点は部屋に冷蔵庫が無い。貴重品を入れる金庫が無い。ドライヤーが無い事です。それを理解すれば快適に過ごせます。凄くいいホテルです。おススメです、わ」

「The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.」
