布蘭肯費爾德出租度假屋

「The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. We could have brought more clothes during the trip as we expected to be able to wash our clothes and not packed them dirty. Room cleaning is once a week which was our entire stay, sheets were not changed and room was not cleaned. They have to clean more...

「When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.」

「Sehr gutes Konzept, Check in und out problemlos, Atmosphäre ein wenig steril」

「I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights. Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question. Prices...

「I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. You are one block from Kurfürstenstraße or...
