「I work for a utility company in the area so I stay here during storm when I walked in to check in the front desk recognized me asked me how I had been. I hadn’t been there since April and for them to remember me was really great customer service.」

「I was on a business trip. I arrived late because of a snow storm and the person checking me in was very nice and friendly, taking the time to see that I could get to my room and not get lost. Checkout the next morning was quick and easy. That person checking me out again was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the cleanliness wasn't to do with my room, but the hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or maybe even replacement.」
