The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The redone pool and spa area was fantastic - and pool was actually quite warm. Breakfast was well done. And in all, we had a very good stay.

Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min).
