Superb location right in the centre and only a couple of mins from the train station. View from the room was amazing. The oranges and muslie were perfect for breakfast

17th floor apartment in a great location

Nice apartment with a great view. Comfy beds and modern furniture in the sitting area. It looked a little bit tired and worn in places but the staff were great. Location is excellent.

Amazing accommodation

Absolutely amazing hidden gem. Ideally located for the train station, shopping and close to restaurants and bars. Couldnt of asked for anything better. The studio apartments are fabulous for short stay, everything you could possibly want or need, amazing views over Birmingham and the beds are literally so comfortable. Fantastic stay, wouldn't go anywhere else now 🙂

Excellent apartment

Really impressed with the stay. Loads of nice touches in a very well maintained apartment. I was on the 17th floor. Great views. Very welcoming reception. Favourite bit was the supplied oranges and juicer.

Amazing views all over Birmingham

An amazing stay once again. I've stayed here on two previous occasions. I forgot how good the view is! The property is always clean and well maintained. I had to request by text message the WiFi codes, but they were sent with 30 minutes of my request. It's a great location when travelling by train into Birmingham

Spectacular view in the centre of Birmingham

Clean, comfortable hotel right in the centre of Birmingham with amazing views over the city. The room could do with a bit of a facelift, but there were some nice touches, including fresh oranges in the fridge! A minor glitch with a minibar charge was promptly and efficiently resolved. This is definitely my first choice hotel for business trips to Birmingham.

Rotunda is an excellent accommodation in the heart of Birmingham. Just right at the Centre of everything. Room cleanliness and organization is second to none. The reception kept me informed at all times and always behind his/her WhatsApp handle to provide guest with needed assistance. Mini bar is well stocked with necessary items and towels on constant supply. I felt safe staying at Rotunda and hope to come again.

Above and Beyond.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world - but the staff here were as helpful and attentive as the best. Immediate response to my questions - especially opening the washing machine and hanging it up to dry. Above and beyond. First rate customer service.

There was numerous wear and tear within the apartment. The apartment smelt musky on arrival. Bathrobes were dirty, hairs on the bed and internet connection was poor. Staff were friendly.

So many small 'wow' factors in just a single stay

I was so impressed. The pre check-in and check-in comms was clear and proactive. I loved all the small gestures and notes in the room and really appreciated all the care and thoughfulness given it was a super-hot day .... you went and opened windows, drew the curtains and put the fan on so that I would be comfortable when I entered the room. Amazing. All the staff were also so friendly and helpful. I'll be back next time I need overnight stay in B'ham.

Nice room, great location

Could have used instructions on how to find the front door in the confirmation email. And I had one day when I seem to have needed to shower when the in-room water heater was shut down. I did find instructions for how to restart it, but it takes close to an hour to get hot water again. Housekeeping let me shower in a nearby unoccupied room so I could make my appointment. These were minor issues though. The location right in the middle of town was very convenient, and the room was nice.

Birthday Treat

It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room. Lovely little touches for breakfast and good quality, my granddaughter loved using fresh orange squeezer. Room was immaculate, and all you needed. Beautifully toiletries and nice big towels and bath robes. And a big comfortable bed, good nights sleep ❤️. It was my grandaughter birthday and after dropping bags and going for a wander till room was ready, returned to bags already in room and a card and chocolates for my grandaughter, very lovely touch. Area is safe and the buring and shopping area is literally on your doorstep and station just 5 minute walk. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Birmingham. Thanks again ladies for an amazing stay❤️
