「Evening desk clerk was super helpful and courteous. Lobby has been remodeled but rooms definitely need some attention. Bathroom was updated but in a choppy way. Nice shower curtain but the bathroom door wouldn't close. New pillows needed as well. The room had an odor. Shower head calcified and very low water pressure. Updates needed.」

「The breakfast was rough. The coffee ran out before I even got there. They were short staffed in the kitchen. The food looked unappetizing. I left before the coffee was replenished. The room was fine, the hotel was loud. There was a dog barking most of the time and the other guests were yelling. The elevators took forever and they seemed ready to breakdown at any time.」

「As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional...

「Older hotel, but "freshened" up. Very friendly staff, small, but clean rooms. Towels were lacking, but overall, a good stay for the price point. Would stay at again.」
