La Bidassoa, vue vers l'amont depuis la D811 près de la redoute Louis XIV. La commune de Biriatou est à gauche (en rive droite) de la Bidassoa (le village lui-même est derrière nous) ; l'Espagne est à droite (en rive gauche). Le hameau d'Aruntz et son pylône sont sur la première hauteur à mi-plan ; ce qui semble être un chemin menant tout droit vers ce sommet, est le passage de lignes à haute tension. La barre rocheuse du Lumaberde est légèrement sur sa gauche (derrière ce sommet), et plus loin derrière le mont du Calvaire (277 m alt.). Le pont de Bénobie, sur le territoire d'Urrugne, est à environ 580 m derrière nous. Le pont de l'autoroute A63 est devant nous, juste après le coude de la rivière.
