「There was someone else’s hair on a blanket in the room which meant it hadn’t been cleaned before us, we had 3 cockroaches in the room in 2 days, the heating did not heat the room even when on 26 and full fan and the bottom of the door frames were all rotted to our bathroom needs a good refresh and clean walls were also full of dust」

「This motel is not what it advertises to be. I booked because it said on all booking websites and also advertised out the front of the motel that it had a restaurant and cafe, they also advertise they have Foxtel. This is NOT the case, they have none of these things. The motel presents nicely out the front but once you get around the back it looks like a 2 star. They should remove the large advertising out the front as well as on the booking websites that these things are not available and...
