「Jättebra läge med Ski in - Ski out.

「the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. We stayed for one night and the day we arrived no one was at the front desk even though it was supposed to be open so I waited for 25 minutes before someone finally came. We gave them our ID’s to take photos and paid the city tax. The next day when checking out, the same lady tried to convince me that we had not yet paid the city tax and when I said I had she said “you must have paid my boss” and I had to explain that I paid her...

「Clean room, door to bathroom difficult to open. Bed was hard. Breakfast ok. Staff helpful. Didn’t get to use the Spa as we arrived late and left early, already booked up! The restaurant attached was very good but not cheap.」
