"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. The recently renovated bar located inside the hotel was excellent, although lines got long during happy hour. 24-hour front desk with friendly and knowledgeable staff. "It’s specially great for familles, with many swimming pools options plus the beach and the soccer/football field and the playground plus many more kids activities. My boys loved it so much that they didn’t want to go anywhere with us around the island! Clear rooms and amenities, nice and helpful staff."

"Excellent location Service level and maintenance of the property needs to raised to a much higher level. Payment for beach towels and just about everything as an add on cost etc for a resort or this calibre drops the value for money experience. No tea and coffee in a resort unit! Nor bottled drinking water! Fantastic location and lovely town and the front desk can do better to explain the use of facilities. Dining hall appears like a mass production unit."

"I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Nice stay, can confirm the grumpy staff at check-in. For a 4-star hotel not acceptable. Honestly, if you cannot keep smiling at check-in, change your job. Your the entry door to my stay, which I found disappointing. Otherwise a nice room, nice location. Compared to other reviews we found the breakfast buffet quite nice and with good choices. Could be slightly better in terms of food quality, yes, but its complaining on a high level. Parking situation especially for offloading/loading baggage quite unclear. Parking in the nearby was ok, EUR 11.50 a day."

"The hotel looks nice. We booked a room in the main building but we were given apartment at the far end of the complex. They called it upgrade but we felt like it’s downgrade. The view was at the storage space of old sun beds. The hotel behind had extremely loud karaoke till very late every night- it was a nightmare and we were not able to go sleep. The biggest issue was luck of water. Every day of our stay there was no water to shower, brush teeth or even to use the toilet! The stuff didn’t seem to be bothered and could not provide an update. They even stop picking up phone calls at the reception to not deal with it. There was no apology given or any compensation. They didn’t try to resolve the water issue quick enough so paying customers can have access to a basic need in a hotel- having a running water. We are very disappointed and wouldn’t go back to this hotel."
