「Nous avons passé un séjour super ! L’hôtel est très propre , il est magnifique . Le personnel est au petit soin et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire . Les animateurs sont top . Une première pour nous en formule all inclusive , et sans regret . Des vrai vacances de repos ! L’hotel est à seulement 15min de l’aéroport ce qui est plutot confortable et il est vraiment très calme . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter . 」

「I came with my mother for our annual mother/daughter trip. The hotel was stunning, decor was exquisite and staff and service was wonderful. Beautiful haven in the middle of Mahon. The room was spacious, clean and had all the nice little touches. The pool and gardens were beautiful and relaxing. 「Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. 」

「Par où commencer, concernant l’hôtel pour ma part il ne vos absolument pas 4*, les chambre sont pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les murs cassés, salle de bain très petite,draps sale. l’hôtel est beau de l’extérieur et dans le hall mais c’est tout, les odeurs désagréables. Pour parler du buffet , par contre très t’es bon avec du choix donc sur ça rien à dire. 「Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande chambre et le calme de l’établissement. Les installations sont un peu désuètes et ne correspondent plus aux exigences d’un hôtel moderne et aux prix pratiqués. Le service n’était pas à la hauteur, notamment au restaurant où il fallait beaucoup attendre.」

「booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool...
