「On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.」

「This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. 「Sehr tolles Hotel, nur leider haben uns zusätzliche Toiletten im Poolbereich gefehlt. Es ist immer ein langer Weg.Ansonsten alles top. Wir sind von spanischen Hotels im 4 Sterne Bereich immer ein individuelles Omlett gewöhnt, das gab es leider nicht. Aber das Essen war sehr lecker und für Halbpension all you can drink war super.」

「Como aspectos positivos agredecer al personal de las comidas su trabajo, súper agradables y atentos (especialmente Carmen y otra mujer muy agradable también que va en traje, no tengo su nombre). En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. En nuestro caso, nada más llegar tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Nos habían puesto en la habitación de discapacitados, cuando ni lo somos, ni era lo que...

「We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!」
