Great stay

The ac was not working well but the hotel came to our room and fixed it right away. The main pool was great and the location to the beach and main road was very walkable. Loved it

The location is great, you can walk to punta prima, and Binibeca is only 10 minutes away by car. The supermarket is across the street and open until 10 pm. The staff was awesome, they gave me great tips on what to do on a rainy day. Sadly the wifi started failing after a few days we were there, and I found out this is a known issue , so it would be nice to fix it once and for all with something like StarLink, that doesn't depend on the infrastructure of the island. Also, it would be nice to have house keeping more often. Other than that, great place, awesome staff, I will probably come back : )

The place is nice but they have a perfume concentrate installed in the ac that was horrible, the perfume smell was so bad we had to turn off ac and open all doors and windows, I’ve understood that they will change to a milder smell but I don’t get why you ever want perfumed apartments. One ac did not work and the beds are very noisy. Aside from that it is a nice place, clean, great pool and close to a nice beach

**Review of Bimbolla Apartaments** We only stayed at Bimbolla Apartaments for one night as we missed our return flight due to illness. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, managing to fit us in at late notice, which we greatly appreciated. The pool was fantastic, providing a great place for our family of four to relax and unwind. Additionally, the cost was very affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for a last-minute stay. While the apartments could benefit from a refurb, this is reflected in the low cost. Overall, our stay was pleasant and perfectly suited our short-term needs.

I had a great stay at Bimbolla Apartments. Angela G made the stay excellent by checking me in late in the evening and also booking my trip to the South Coast. Angela also made timely reservations for my taxi back to airport. Apartments are clean, safe, and has a restaurant, AC, large size, two balconies, kitchen, working fridge, TV. Two pools, beautiful surroundings! Location is close to a beach, bus stop. 🙏 Thank you!

The apartment is nice, but a little outdated. The pool is great for children. Unfortunately, the apartment is not very well equipped. Three spoons for four people are not enough. The kitchenette is also very spartan. The kitchen knives were broken, the first was replaced, the second unfortunately not.

Good location & requires updating

Good location within a short walking distance to the beach. Requires updating as it looks like it’s never been updated since opened 24 years ago. Clean but requires a deep clean could see dirt in shower holder and when lifting handle of taps. Spacious in all rooms. Has only small sized cups and glasses. Price is low which is expected for the condition of the apartment. Balcony has table and chairs and a clothes horse which is very handy. Pool was lovely with sun beds and umbrellas.

The pool side showers were out of order which was a shame. Air conditioning in the main living area of the property which was effective but only a portable noisy air con unit in one bedroom, other bedroom only had a fan. The cafe bar on site was closed so no food or drink facility by the pool as the website still shows pictures of this open. This was a shame. Staff were very helpful, life guard by the pool from 10-6 daily. No smoking food or drink by the pool which kept it very clean. Pool was rarely over crowded are there were usually sun beds and parasols available. Kitchen offers limited facilities, two ring jobs, one saucepan one frying pan. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and clean.

Apartments Need Updating

Stayed at the apartments in July for a few days - we arrived late evening and found details of our room on the board - when we found our apartment we found that the apartment was very date inside - the air conditioning obviously had issues as there was extra units in the rooms. we tried using both but neither of them were great and the room was therefore very warm making it hard to get a comfortable nights sleep .Unless i see that these apartments have been refurbished I think i would opt for Isla de aire apartments or hotel xaloc playa in the future, the only positive i can say was that the pool area was very good though not enough sunbeds for the guests that were staying !

Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost.

I stayed here in June for a 3 night break and have just repeated the beautiful experience 7th to 10th August. This accommodation is perfect. The staff are really helpful. On my previous visit in June, I didn't collect my deposit for the hairdryer and the lovely girl on the reception gave it to me as she remembered me. The apartments are lovely. The kitchen is a little tired but its functional. Everything else is perfect. The beds are so comfortable. The air conditioning is really powerful and has some sort of air freshener in it so the apartment smells lovely. The patio furniture is lovely.. The little resort has everything you need and a beautiful beach. The Aire Restaurant is the best we found, right on the beach. Everything is just wonferful and I will always stay here when I visit Menorca. Thank you Bimbolla!!

The setting of Bimbolla Apartments is lovely. The pool area is is in a lovely setting with plenty of beds and sun parasols. Unfortunately the only way to access the resort is via a steep hill and then steps. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Punta Prima and will be returning in April 2023.

Average property, not much to see or do in the vicinity. The hotel was nice and the staff were very hospitable. We would not recommend staying half board, the atmosphere in the restaurant was poor. We found that most guests preferred to eat out.

Nice appartments with great pool

Nice appartments with a great pool and resturant. The breakfast was great but we didn't try the lunch / dinner, although it looked good. The beds weren't the most comfortable and the appartments didn't get cleaned whilst we were there (3 days). Good location just a short 5 min walk to the beach and good access to surrounding area with a bus stop 2 mins down the road.

We have been to Bimbola before and always enjoy the experience. The weather was wonderful but the pool was freezing. We are getting older and found the steps and slopes necessary to access our apartment quite gruelling. Buffet breakfast for 7 euros was excellent.

Staff were very friendly and the pool area was lovely. We found the music from the pool bar very noisy on a couple of occasions. We were disappointed that we had no cleaners come in for the whole of our stay. On the whole though, an enjoyable stay.

Staff were beyond helpful. Super friendly, and even happy for me to practice Spanish with them. Lovely pool - nice and long, with perfect depth. Had perhaps the best club sandwich I have ever come across - highly recommend an order. Convenience wise, it is a mere 6-10min walk to the beach and a cluster of great restaurants (also looking over the beach). Definitely will be coming back.

The property is well located near the beach and shops/restaurants, the swimming pool area is very pleasant and the general appearance of the property is lovely with trees / plants / flowers. The inside of the apartment is a bit tired although totally adequate. Angela, the receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. She was so lovely.

Lovely location for a couples holiday

We absolutely loved the area, the apartments are a 5 minute walk from restaurants beach and shops so in great location perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was comfortable and suited our needs for a 2 night stay, however there was a strong smell of air freshener when we arrived and once it had gone the apartment did smell a little foisty. The food was very mediocre but we ate out in the local area and had amazing meals both nights. Overall we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the accommodation, the lovely pool area but for us the frosted glasses at the bar were our favourite thing
