「My husband and I had an amazing stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and truly appreciated the level of thought and care the staff displayed to help us celebrate. Not only did the staff place roses on the bed and shaped towels into swans, when we left on our first excursion and came back, we were surprised with a lovely cake in our room. Additionally, the surrounding mountain area of this hotel is beautiful and makes swimming in the infinity-like pool and eating the complementary breakfast...

「Amazing peaceful setting which was much needed after a week in Hanoi. Staff were excellent and even though a bit dated you can tell the place was really well designed with framed views of surroundings. Location also great and only a short bike ride to most things. Lots of surrounding cafes and places to eat. Highly recommend. 」
