「Key safe check in two bedrooms 2 bathrooms 」

「We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. 「Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. 「We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...
