「Excellent service, highly recommended.」

「Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!」

「Great stay in a wonderful old part of City.」

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「All good, highly recommended 」

「Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.」

Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
