「Spotless rooms and excellent staff」

「We are visiting from New York to Dubai, and jumped to lebanon for a few days and stayed at 1808 Laklouk for two nights. 「The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.」

「Service is amazing and the staff is very friendly here. The location is great, but there is no AC in the rooms and it gets very hot even with the windows open and there isn't a gym on site.」
