"I enjoy staying at historic properties, especially ones that make you feel comfortable and welcomed, not stuffy or pretentious. The Grand Hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk staff very friendly and chatty, in a good way. I would stay here again. The evening cookies and coffee on every floor are nice touches."

"Quick and easy check-in and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Room overlooking the river with a private balcony. My dog was so happy on the balcony in the sun watching the ducks and the paddleboarders."
